Sophon Integrity is a private company founded and led by the three original partners. The company’s strength lies within our Tier one security and intelligence aggregate experience of over 80 years.
Although the original three came together with different and unique professional backgrounds, they are much united by shared values and their long dedicated service of their respective countries.
The chosen name, Sophon Integrity describes perfectly our mission statement and the credo of the company. Sophon, a brainchild of the distinguished Chinese sci-fi writer Cixin Liu is an imaginary elementary particle that is capable of intelligence gathering and influence beyond the realm of current rules of physics. We strive to obtain the unattainable, thus enabling our clients to take the very hardest of decisions. Each mission is tailor-designed and planned to the minutest of details. The deliverables are defined jointly with the client and we accomplish the agreed objectives.
Integrity runs deep in our very soul, corporate culture and our identity. We take great pride in our mission success rate, but more so in our modus operandi and the missions we agree to undertake. Strict transparency and ESG compliancy policies are adhered to as SOP. We, at Sophon Integrity do not see this as a hindrance to mission execution but a code of conduct, even as we operate in the gray areas of the world of intelligence in environment that does not always comply with international laws or norms.
Typical MO involves a multi-disciplinary team with holistic and coordinated information gathering, analysis and processing capabilities. We work globally, specializing in demanding and high-risk environments. Missions comprised task-force operates autonomously, providing field security to the operators when so deemed necessary. Analyst and specialist support, such as cyber capabilities are provided when required. Final reporting, findings, and recommendations are delivered by the team that conducts the mission, directly to the client. This enables the client to access the valuable findings and subtle nuances, unfiltered and unhindered.
